01 · What I do

I bring complex things into focus so people can see clearly and act.

Estates

Lead the portfolio

I oversee a portfolio of condominium estates, build dynamic teams, foster relationships with clients, and administer governance, policies and vendor management.

Classroom

Teach the craft

I have lectured on facilities management at BCA Academy and trained managers in leadership at Kaplan. I now take on selected training and speaking work, spreading continuous learning as part of growth.

Writing

Write it down

I am turning fifteen years of patterns into books and frameworks that other managers can pick up and use.

02 · Approach

Property management is an interdisciplinary people business.

Stabilise

Walk into the pressured situation and bring calm. Slow the room down so the real problem becomes visible.

Build

I take fragmented problems in projects, bring the pieces together, and turn the fix into a system the team can run without me.

Coach

I develop people and foster continuous learning and growth, so that we can build a workforce for the future.

Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge.
Simon Sinek
